Post subject:  Dell found guilty of Fraud
They're guilty. The New York Attorney General started the suit last year due to Dell's crappy phone support and their practices of transferring people all over the place and disconnecting them.

I find this humorous, especially since I know someone that used to work for the. :P

Hmm who could that be? All I got to say is I personally saw them clear calls because the lines were way to blocked up with waiting calls. Not that I would know who Satis was talking about. That is what you get when you lay people off and bring them back for 1/3 of the $.
