Our new year was pretty lame. Shiny barely made it to the New Year. We don't much like fighting with crowds or having to contend with drunk drivers so we stayed at home. Maybe next year we'll throw a party. We just lacked the funds this year.

Like the whole family was ill over Christmas and new year, we stayed in due to my wife vomiting, and the extra treat was our son waking up at 1.30 throwing tantrum for fucks knows what reason and he went back to sleep about 2 hours later. Deep joy.
