Post A gaming vest.

Its about a vest for videogamers, who would like physical punishment while playing games.

I, for one, wonder how up you can turn the impact. It would be somewhat hilarious to turn a friends vest up to the level of "Hit by a SUV" :D

Cool!

They should make a boxing game that works with it. Preferably for Wii.

Well thats not such a bad idea, maybe developing a helmet is reserved as a possibility for future?

There was an episode of pimp my ride where they put a PS3 in the back seat and put a rumble-type thing in the seats. I thought that was a damned cool idea.

Some customer mentioned this to me yesterday, we were bitching about the banning of violent games (and how it only makes them MORE popular) and they said "isn't there some vest that will let you feel every bullet that hits you?" which I'd not heard of. Seems customers aren't always stupid! (much)...

The justification of that vest is the same as my justification for playing paintball. :D It makes you fear about being shit. :D

I must assume he meant "hit". :) I wish we had more games where getting shot once is a really, really bad thing. Games like COD4 make getting shot so trifling.

But the PS3 doesn't support vibration feedback?

It doesn't? Hell, maybe it was a ps2. That doesn't seem right, though... unless it was an old rerun. :/

PS3 doesn't do force feedback? That's ridiculous.

nope... they had to take it out because of putting in the tilt sensor... how retarded is that? "oooh lets compete with the Wii by putting in the tilt sensor, we don't need force feedback..." "but sir... the wii has motion sensitivity AND rumble..."

Though I'm sure I heard rumours they're bringing out a ps3 pad with force feedback (and NO tilt sensor), but could be imagining things.
