I'd say it is - there's no blood. Also, theres a shadow on the bottom left side of the injury which shouldn't be there. |

oh yea, it looks totally photoshopped. I don't see you being able to squeeze that much underneath your skin without causing some serious visible damage. But anyway, it's still funny. |

I don't think it's photoshopped either...that's not exactly a very "meaty" part of the body, and not near a big vein. So it's possible that blood doesn't immediately comes gushing out.
