Yeah, peak oil is close. Nuclear energy is the an option but as a recent MIT report said it's too expensive as long as we don't allow enrichment of used material (the problem is terrorists like that stuff too). Solar and wind energy are not enough to fullfill our current energy needs. So I say screw the terrorists and build those reactors.

On the one hand you have possible global decline, and the other, a breakthrough energy source research.

Im going to try and find this article this guy wrote back in the 80's about whats going to happened to our society if we dont find a new engery sourse. Basiclly it would kick us back to something like the road warrior. Its a good article.
