growing up my mom never let us have any cereal that had alot of sugar in it. she was always on some health kick. she would buy buy grape nuts, would make this stuff called 7 grain cereal we called it bird seed, never made pancakes we got buckwheat pancakes. she's still that way, i hate when i have to eat at her house it's always whole wheat this and turkey that blah

lol i hate wholewheat stuff. dont even try to get me eating brown/wholemeal bread. ugh. I'm in between, I eat some healthy stuff, some naughty stuff. I just have to stop myself eating when I'm bored (i.e. at the computer)

But its like when I was a kid, I was allowed one packet of crisps a day. As I grew up I'd nag til I got 2, or a load of chocolate, but sssh but it's just lil things like that which help kids not be fat bastards. But too many parents are all "awww ikkle diddums needs his food, he's a growing lad" and then bitch when they realise he's a fat ugly dumpling.

Then again, last year my dad told me about this kid on the news who was so obsessed with being healthy and doing exercise that he was in fact in danger of killing himself, and doctors were actually telling him to go eat fast food.

I just have a very good metabolism (I eat loads, I'm not joking, it costs me when I'm living frugally between £15-30 a week) plus I play sport nearly everyday for about 2 hours.

Well i lost 4 to 5 kilos last few weeks, just because it's been a freaking busy period. Take that fatsos!!
