There have been riots recently in Paris regarding ... cant actually remember. But anyway, i think this article is indicating that the two that got fried were actually running from the police due to the riots that were already taking place.

Thankgod the majority of those rioting morons doesn't have free acces to fire arms. There have been a few reports of police being fired at with fire arms, but it's mostly molotovs and crude weaponry such as stones, sticks and staves. But then things can change quickly as the black weapons market sees an interest.
