For us students, i believe its time to think about getting back to the old routine soon. I start on the 26th of this month and in the mean time im banging in some last hours and overtime. This week im on late shifts, what a relief. So im going onto my second year of uni. Ive decided i want to change my course and do a major in Info Systems, mainly because i totally detest programming.

Very much looking forward to getting back, let alone with the fact that there'll be 2 new girls in my house.

I'm also starting the 26th (enrolled last week), but I don't know what in heaven's name I could be doing. Other than wait until the 26th I don't see what to do...then I'll get on the bus with a backpack with paper and a pen and done. I guess.

I'll see some ppl from my old course again there, but not too many. Two of them are friends of this girl I hung out with on Friday who -imo- was totally giving me signals, but I didn't get anywhere because I got too drunk. So on the ride home I was more like "uuurrrghhh" than making smooth moves. I totally suck at seducing.

it's wierd the way all my old school friends finish uni at the end of this year while i've still got another one to go... damn 4 year course

however i do have a nice large house in earl's court within walking distance of college. no more getting knocked off my bike on the mean streets of london for me.

I will once I know where I'm living (I think I might get into a college called Alcuin at York, but since I can't choose *shrugs*) Anyway I start late on the 10th of October as Fresher's week. I'm not surprised about London tho cos the drivers are so aggressive down there (its the queues) and due to the congestion charges it suggests London is a bit busy.

I got my room stuff today. I applied for a 33/4 week let in an Ensuite room which would likely be Alcuin (which was why I was suggesting it before). Instead I'm living in Halifax College at St Lawrence Court in a single standard room for 38 weeks. Someone didn't listen.

Heh...does it make a lot of difference in distance between your student home and uni? Or, more importantly, between your student home and the local bar district.
