Oh, but forgive me, Ox. I just thought Wikipedia will be more clear about pronunciation. This one you're asking for is here actually:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dje
IPA symbol is ʥ. This letter is pronounced as one phoneme. You can get it by speaking out "d" and "j" as one, and let "j" be more significant in coloring the phoneme. Try first speaking them out separately, and then closer and closer. Like said, let "j" make "d" lighter.
By the way, I am very surprised you didn't ask about ć. Its IPA symbol is kinda weird - ʨ - and only Serbs have that letter in Cyrillic I think. There it is Ћ, ћ.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%8B
Analogous with Đ (in Cyrillic Ђ, ђ actually), Ć is being made with "t" and "j" in one phoneme. Tell me nobody has been confused yet. I don't want to start with љ, њ and џ.
p.s.
BJ and J, thanks for adding me.

Come on ox, come to the dark side
And satis too, he should make the clankiller group.
Or we could make the "walkthrough-online oldskoolzz" group (i'm not so good with the 'cool' style typing, might have to redo that).

Never!! That would mean a couple of things, like giving away my real name...eval I tell you. Besides, I'm creating an identity trail by doing so...because that way my 'Rinox' alter ego can be linked to my real name through this site. You can find a lot of shit from me online under Rinox, but that's just about it.
I just made it look like I'm crazy, right? I'm not. Kinda.
Thanks for the exposition on the letters Gfree The d does sound like a very typical Slavic sound (with a slight twist), but the c is weird indeed. In the Czech Republic they had one crazy-ass letter too, the ř.
Languages are fun, yay!

Oh well.. I think you can often hear the sound of ћ in Russian, although they don't note it with any letter. For example, in "хотеш" you will hear a slight "ћ" on the place of "т". Still, I never heard sounding of ђ (aka đ) somewhere else.
By the way, recently I heard some Russian and was able to distinguish > 90% of it on first thought. The rest < 10% on second one. After having 4+ years of experience with Bulgarian here, Russian became much easier to approach.
Important note: letters are just letters. In different languages they may stand for different phonemes.

Shush, Estonian. Your language is spoken by less people than Macedonian language. Now dare having look at how much people do speak Russian. You just presented all those people to be the biggest swearers of the world, which is absolutely not truth. I can and will always be able to swear more and more tasteful than any Russian. It's our specialty among the Slavs.
And, in Serbian language, the number and frequency of vulgarities and swears is largely under 90%.

Sorry freeman, i meant no disrespect. I was refering to the general intelligence of russian people. They swear alot because they want to speak but only sh** comes out of their mouth.

No need for apologies, I got that you have pick on Russians from some reason. Be that the way you were treated in SSSR, I would remain without a word in discussion since Serbia was never part of SSSR.
Still, the Russians I know are smart and humorous guys who lie much value on the number of read books and math-ways of thinking.
