It's a rick roll Peltz...there was an internet fad a while ago (it still is but less now) to trick people into clicking links and watching videos that promised something cool but show "Never gonna give you up" by Rick Astley instead.
Pissed people off because it's the quintessential lame eighties pop song with an incredibly lame performer.
