Precisely! I don't understand people that do that. Or get severly drunk throughout. Don't get me wrong, I do like the odd substance here and there on holiday, but I am one of those people that has to spend the entire day out. That means 0800 wake up, breakfast and out by 0900, maybe come back for a siesta after a midday lunch, but then straight out again coming back to the hotel only to sleep for the night. The next day is the same deal, 0800, maybe 0900 to make up for any tiredness, but absolutely no slouching while on holiday. And boy do I love to walk. Hardcore all the way!

Man, I'm always on the go go go at work... I just want to sit back and not do anything when I'm relaxing. So I sleep in and lounge around. If I'm going somewhere new (like, not just sitting at home) then yes, I go out and will run around exploring or whatever. Museums are cool and stuff...that what Shiny and I did on Thanksgiving. But I don't put timeframes on anything...holiday is to relax, not stress out about getting up early or spending x amount of time here or there.

Well, I promised some pictures - the video I will need help from Satis to get in some sort of format I can work with. I only have one picture of me from that party other than in video (since I was taking the pictures) and since I had so many of my gal pals kiss me with dark/bright red lipstick I look like a drag queen so I refuse to post it. Enjoy.

That a paintball pic Derf?
I played paintball twice last year, once in the woods and once in an old atomic bomb shelter. While the setting was really cool in the latter, the tight quarters made it somewhat...frantic.
Plus, some asswipe hit me in the (unpadded) side from pretty much point blank, twice. Hurt like SHIT. The woods thing was better, more running and seeking cover, not as much trigger-happiness.

Yeah, that's paintball, not A-Stan obviously.
That photo is actually from a similar bunker game (disused WW2 RAF bunker). Was awesome an awesome game. Pyro's are key to flushing out rooms really, flashbangs will do the trick, but some guys had these thermo-grenades (or some shit). They were so powerful you would see the cracked paint fall off the ceiling. Stuff to make you shit yourself if you're not hard as nails, like me.

Thermo's were like an uber-flashbangs but much more "boom" than "bang". lol hard to explain. But the boom makes you shit yourself. Me and one guy hunkered beside me in the same room were holding position to stop/slow down anyone coming our way. It was dark and confined. I was watching 12, he was watching my 6. A flashbang flew over my head, landed under his arse. Before I could shout "roll out!" it fuckin went off. lol. I was behind a huge concrete pillar and I go pretty shook up, he was totally out of it for like 20 seconds. lol

lol...nothing like having a flashbang pop under your ass.
I didn't realize paintball had stuff like flashbands, actually. That's pretty cool. I'd love to try it some time.
