haha, I figured something like that was the case. No worries, shit happens. You could always join the Belgian Army and see...err...Belgium.

Haha...my youngest brother was trained as an airplane technician (working in chemical industry now though) and has spent some time servicing fighter planes in the army as part of his training.
He told me the fighter pilots are drunk a lot of the time, cos well, their week looks pretty much something like this:
-checking plane together with technical crew
-setting 2 flight dates during the week
-flying
-bumming around until next flight, usually getting drunk in the mess (which they can access because every fighter pilot is automatically an officer as you no doubt know).
But then, from what I heard, airforce dudes are generally considered to be the pansies by the other army divisions anyway. In terms of toughness/coolness it's something like
Navy -> Army -> Airforce
right?

At least we held out longer than 4 days when the Germans rolled in in WWII!

You guys are really tempting me to reply on a zillion of topics. But no, I will endure till the conditions I set on me and on CK be fulfilled. There is only one thing remaining, and it is entirely on CK's behalf.
By the way, look:

hah, freeman got caught by the spam filter.
Go ahead Gfree... you can't withstand the lure of clankiller!
Anyway, navy is pansies too. I mean, who else would be ok with being called seamen?
Though I may regret saying this, the toughness factor (at least in the US military) is
Marines -> Army -> Navy -> Air Force
You can shove army reserve, coast guard and all those types of pseudo-military organizations on the end.

I never denied I like the party here. Well, most of it. I will be back on CK as soon as something happens here. Now, I'd be a terrorist if I said what it is, so I'll just wait and pop up from time to time till then.

You can bet it is a pure technical thing. You got this out of me, you bastard.
By the way, yesterday I was on the end of Quake 4, disappointed. The ending is a very very bad copy of RtCW where Blazkowicz gets new assignment as soon as he was done with the Heinrich. And killing Nexus was a dummy combination of nothing. As one who finished MDK 2, I can say it. To the list I can add also that the game was damn short and monotone. Even Doom 3 was more original and looks decently near Quake 4.

If I had to pick between the two, I think I'd pick Quake 4, but they were both pretty unimpressive from an FPS viewpoint. They look good, certainly, but they both played poorly.
As for MDK2, I played that game until I got stuck somewhere. I can't even remember what it was. Then I dropped it like a bad habit.

Btw, I just added pev. Let's see (assuming she won't be here soon enough to see the hint) if she'll be puzzled about who tf is that.

Pev is a good girl who knows she shouldn't accept strange Serbians who frequent even stranger message boards on Facebook...so my vote is that she'll reject your friend request. Cool pic tho! And how is the crossed d pronounced in your last name?
/me shivers at having spoken the F-word

For now I become physically ill when I think about having to sustain so many friends online so it's probably not gonna happen anytime soon
But it's always possible that I end up technologically isolated like when cellphones were on the rise. I think I was the last person in my circle of friends to own a cell phone, by far.
But my beef with things like phones and social networks isn't with the technological side (obviously, given my love for pc's) but the social side. And privacy. I feel people are too comfortable with giving away personal info online.
