Ironically their phone still works - just no power and tons of downed trees.

Man, I cant believe the news media. I cant believe they are still talking about the freaking 9th ward and New Orleans. I dont think the rest of the world understands how bad it is in south east texas right now. Its like a war zone. I got to go back to my house yesterday and took some pictures. Its just amazing how much damage there is.

FEMA is a fucking joke.

This is what fema has done so far.

No-bid some million dollar contracts to tree cutting crews who live outside of Texas.

Thats it.

These crews are sitting on their asses, not doing a fucking damn thing thing because "they dont have the paper work to start working"

Its fucking ridiculous. I drove home to see 10-20 tree trimming trucks and crews of workers parked under fucking shade with their thumbs in their asses, and still their when I left in the afternoon.

Fema told Jefferson county commisoner that as "soon as the winds stops blowing we will have trucks with ice, water, food, rolling in"

The commish said yesterday on the radio yesterday was the first day he has seen any action from fema.

Not only that but Port Arthur, Beamount, Port Neches, Nederland, Groves, are not letting citizans back in.

We have locals, who know the area, have chains saw, generators and gas and are ready to come back to town to start cleaning up, FOR FREE!!!! but the cops wont let them back in, meanwhile fema contractors sit on their ass and dont know the area.

This is the most fucked up thing I have ever seen.

The Jefferson county commish got to talk to Bush. Bush flew in yesteday. He told Bush he wants to see a full investigation into Fema and this disaster. Bush response "no comment"

Fuck the red cross too.

People have been calling red cross and the red cross tells them "We cant help you because we gave all our money to Katrinia victims."

The Texas national guard and the Salvation Army are the only 2 organizations that have actually done something to help. They are passing out ice, water, and food.

Lucky for me I live in Orange county and orange county people where able to go back home to gets cloths, secure their property and check out their damage.

Im still in shock the major news networks are not covering this.
