It's in Dutch but the jist is: police arrest a guy for drunken driving in Lithuania, with no less than 7.27 promilles of alcohol in his blood. :o

To give you an idea: a value of 4 promilles is "life-threatening" to most normal drinkers. This guy must have been totally hardcore. :D But what did you expect with all the cheap vodka up there!

Got busted in France. The cops were pretty nice actually, although I did spend half the night chained to the floor.
