US President G.W.Bush gave his approval to execute a soldier who was charged with 4 murders and 8 rapes. Private Gray was found guilty in 1988.

According to the law that passed in 1951, soldiers can not be executed without the approval from the President of the US. Last President to approve a killing of a soldier was President Eisenhower in 1957.

Rapers should not just die. They should be used as rats in wheels that produce electrical energy. Many times males get framed by dirty women, but after 8 times there is no doubt.

*sigh* No need to stoop to their level, plus I agree as GFree says, far more torture for them to be kept alive. Though if the US prisons are anything like ours it is far more torture for them to go free!

I personally like the Middle-East way, cutting off hands. The bad side is that he would probably receive some disability payment for that. Oh well, adios bastardo.

Military prisons aren't like regular civilian prisons. They're pretty hard core. Military discipline is still enforced...everyone wears uniforms (though they're outranked by like everyone in uniform), they have to do formations, they have the cleanliness standards, etc. It's like basic training for years on end.

So going to prison in the military is not like going to a federal pen...you don't spend all day watching tv and trying not to get shanked in the ass.

Wonder what would be the best place to be at. I mean, not getting shanked and/or ass-raped seems like a good thing to me, but at least you can have ambition in a federal prison...can become the top dog and rule your gang and shit. Well, until someone bigger, badder and younger comes along.

Been watching a lot of NGC prison specials lately. Never stop being amazed at how naïve some of the new inmates are about where they are and how they should behave. But then, most of the dudes ending up there aren't exactly what you'd call enlightened.
